The story

Modern Folk Studio is the brainchild of Jayme Reaves, who has always had an interest in interiors, design, and practical beauty in the home but has spent much of her professional life teaching and started this work as a means to find better work-life balance. Her partner, Jim Pattison, has been a professional chef for 25+ years and is in charge of the bakery and catering side of the studio.

Assisted by friends and colleagues with additional experience and expertise, the work of Modern Folk Studio is growing into a collective endeavour based in the Weymouth & Portland area of the Dorset coast.
